Beauval AHS
Beauval Aboriginal Head Start Program
Beauval Aboriginal Head Start Program provides a welcoming, culturally grounded environment where children learn, grow, and build a strong sense of identity and belonging.
Our program combines play-based learning, early literacy, hands-on activities, and outdoor exploration to support children’s development. Culture and language are woven into daily activities through Elder visits, circle time, traditional teachings, and land-based experiences such as berry picking and rabbit snaring.
We promote healthy development through daily outdoor play, nutritious snacks, and wellness activities. Families are valued partners and can participate in craft nights, monthly luncheons, home visits, and parent classes. We also connect families with community resources and support services.
